You Don’t Always Have to Suffer: We Advocate for your Rights

Human rights are essential to the existence of humanity. In this world, there are a few bad people that wish to undermine the rights and freedoms of fellow individuals as opposed to help them build their lives. In such circumstances, it is the people that are under the iron fist kind of rule that results to getting hurt.

Since they do not have the courage to challenge their oppressors, they get subjected to untold pain and misery. Death in most cases results since such people go through a lot of punishment, some of which might be physical in nature. To this end, many people have come to realize that there is need to fight for the rights of the oppressed and bring the perpetrators of these heinous acts to justice.

In the United States of America, there are several organizations that advocate for human rights, but none is as exemplary as the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect. It is an organization created primarily to fight for human and civil rights.

Since people subjected to oppression fear to come out and air their grievances, the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect carries out comprehensive social awareness campaigns in areas that it feels individuals might have exposure to dehumanizing conditions. Learn more about Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey:

With the institution tracing its origin from the Jewish culture, it seeks equality in rights for its community people and the world as a whole. The organization’s activities mainly center on fighting against homophobia, racism, Anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, transphobia and other atrocities that demean the rights and freedoms of other individuals.

The Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect uses a particular set of methods to help people from undermined groups regain their dignity. These methods have undergone testing for more than five decades since the organization came into being back in 1959 when Otto Frank, Anne’s father, saw the need to create it. Migrants are the ones that are highly affected by oppression since they lack a voice to be heard. Because society always has people with great hearts, two individuals in America have decided to use their wealth to fight for the rights of migrants. These are none other than Lacey and Larkin, two men that have made it their business to fund organizations that advocate for migrant rights and that might have their location in Arizona.

Their story starts when they get wrongfully arrested in 2007 by Maricopa Sheriff Joe Arpaio. In a retaliatory move, Lacey and Jim Larkin decide to sue the county, and they end up getting more than three and a half million dollars in settlement.

Since then, Lacey and Jim Larkin made a decision to use their wealth and influence to help fight for the rights and freedoms of individuals who have no say in the modern society. Thus, it is proof enough that where oppression exists, salvation exceeds since there many people out there who believe in equality and justice.

Front Page Confidential is the Successor to the Phoenix New Times

Joe Arpaio had Maricopa County in a clench for over 24 years, but partially in thanks to Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin, Joe Arpaio is no longer the Sheriff of Maricopa County.

In the pages of the Phoenix New Times, Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin worked to educate and inform the citizens of Arizona about the actions of their sheriff. Joe Arpaio, during his time as sheriff, was accused by the Phoenix New Times and others of instances of police brutality, torture, and beatings. Joe Arpaio himself confessed to using racial profiling as a tactic to deal with crime.

Joe Arpaio, in 2007, was able to have Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin arrested though. Arpaio believed he had the right to arrest Lacey and Larkin for an article published in their paper, but he was wrong.

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin were freed from their confinement. They sued Maricopa County for the illegal arrest and eventually awarded 3.75 million dollars.

Most would stop pursuing Joe Arpaio after such a big settlement, but Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin doubled their efforts. They may have sold the Phoenix New Times, but in its place spawned two more organizations.

The Frontera Fund was created in 2013 to assist the victims of Joe Arpaio in many ways. The Frontera Fund provides information to immigrants on their website. This information pertains to things such as recent changes to immigration laws, current laws, and information about pathways to citizenship. The Frontera Fund also works closely with other charities to improve the local community and areas all over Arizona.

Front Page Confidential is where you will find the journalistic efforts of Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin now. The team at Front Page Confidential is picking up where Lacey and Larkin left off, except they have a larger scope. Front Page Confidential publishes content that means to expose politicians all over the country for unlawful, immoral, or unjust actions.

  1. Well, that is quite comforting knowing that most of us in the corporate bodies are constantly molested by those in authority and it would be good for help to come. Maybe smartwritingservice writing service review can come to our very aid because we really cant do this alone and seeing the number of cases that Lacey and Larkin has seen through makes one relaxed having the impression that help is on the way.
